Deputy Commissioner Jeffrey Eaby
Jeff Eaby is the Deputy Securities Commissioner at the Colorado Division of Securities. Jeff has considerable experience in securities regulation and consumer fraud litigation. He joined the Division in 2016 as an Examiner and served as the Chief Examiner for four years, before becoming the Deputy in 2023. Prior to joining the Division, Jeff spent 8 years in private practice litigating complex consumer protection and unfair trade practice matters in federal courts on behalf of consumers. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania and a juris doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law.
